The secret to a truly exceptional cup of coffee lies in its freshness. That’s why we follow the world’s coffee harvest, ensuring that the beans we roast are always at their peak.

GUATAMALA - COSTA RICA - EL SALVADOR - HONDURAS
January - April
The year begins with a bounty from Central and South America. This is the prime time for the bright, clean flavours of Guatemala, the sweet and balanced notes of Costa Rica, and the rich, chocolatey profiles of El Salvador and Honduras. We also see a harvest from Panama in these months, which is the perfect time to roast these beans.

BRAZIL - PERU
May - October
As the year progresses, our focus shifts to South America. From May to October, we celebrate the harvest in Brazil and Peru. This is when we roast these beans to capture their nutty, sweet, and full-bodied characteristics.

INDONESIA - YEMEN - KENYA - ETHIOPIA
October - December
The end of the year brings a rich and diverse offering from across the globe. We welcome the harvest from Indonesia and Yemen, offering deep, earthy, and spicy notes. This is also the time for the celebrated African coffees from Kenya and Ethiopia, known for their complex, fruity, and floral aromas. We also see a second harvest from many of our Central and South American origins, including El Salvador, Honduras, Panama, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Colombia, ensuring a continuous supply of fresh, high-quality beans to round out the year.
